Hello,
DJ Cross has detected a tempo of 146 on a 73 bpm track,
impossible to synchronize !
How to correct tempo information ??

In preferences your detection range is set to 75-150... You could change that and reanalyse.

Option 2 is to load track. Click pencil button in the wave form part (when hoovering over wave). Now click /2 button.

Option 3 change value in the collection grid in the bpm field.

For this type of change most of times option 2 is easiest.

but how to save this tempo status
and conserve it at new Cross opening?

Bpm changes are saved with the track details.
