Hi, I lost my cd for crossdj le 2.5. I still have the product key but not the software, where can I download the software from please ?

Hi, I tried to add the serial number to my profile but I get the message "invalid serial number". I checked the number several times and I have entered it correctly but it still displays "invalid serial number". Any ideas ?
