Serial number is missing from the box. It says I need the serial number to download the software. Can someone help?

Home was always shipped in a CD sleeve with the serial number printed at the sleeve.

At the website you can only download updates which have to be installed against the CD version. This method was a normal way in the era Home was being developed (until appx 7 years ago).

You could try getting a serialnumber by sending an email to support@mixvibes.com. Include your relevant purchase info to have any chance at all.

The serial number isn't printed on the sleeve and I have tried to contact mixvibes through there and haven't gotten a response.
