CrossDJ crashes 3.3.11 crashes in Windows 10

Last WE I used CrossDJ 3.3.11 for the first time on my new laptop.
At least: that was the plan.
When I started up my laptop to prepare my gig, it was not possible to fconnect to my U-Mix Control Pro 2.
After a short search on this forum I found out that I needed to install U-Mix Control Pro.
Once installed, and after a few reboots, CROSSDJ found the U-Mix.
Huray!!! No!!!
When playing song from the hard disk everything went well, untill I wanted to mix in another song. The current song went on playing but I was not able to start the other deck from the U-Mix. Worse: everything on the screen freezed and the famous Windows "wait" cursor appeared. A blink later I received the troubling announcement "CROSSDJ is not reacting".
Only solution: rebooting the laptop.
Same problem produces when I want to change from internal hard disk (loaded library) to external hard disk: "waiting" cursor and finally the program doesn't react anymore.
A third situation where the same problem occurred: when not been using CROSSDJ/U-Mix for some minutes (playing from CD's at that time). Then also the program "crashes".
Anyone any idea(s) how to solve this/these problems? At this moment it's impossible to use CROSSDJ/U-Mix, which is of cours a pitty.
I'm using a brand new laptop Toshiba Core I7 with AMD Radeon graphic card, 8GB internal memory.
