CrossDJ crashes 3.3.11 crashes in Windows 10

Last WE I used CrossDJ 3.3.11 for the first time on my new laptop.
At least: that was the plan.

When I started up my laptop to prepare my gig, it was not possible to fconnect to my U-Mix Control Pro 2.
After a short search on this forum I found out that I needed to install U-Mix Control Pro.
Once installed, and after a few reboots, CROSSDJ found the U-Mix.
Huray!!! No!!!

When playing song from the hard disk everything went well, untill I wanted to mix in another song. The current song went on playing but I was not able to start the other deck from the U-Mix. Worse: everything on the screen freezed and the famous Windows "wait" cursor appeared. A blink later I received the troubling announcement "CROSSDJ is not reacting".
Only solution: rebooting the laptop.

Same problem produces when I want to change from internal hard disk (loaded library) to external hard disk: "waiting" cursor and finally the program doesn't react anymore.

A third situation where the same problem occurred: when not been using CROSSDJ/U-Mix for some minutes (playing from CD's at that time). Then also the program "crashes".

Anyone any idea(s) how to solve this/these problems? At this moment it's impossible to use CROSSDJ/U-Mix, which is of cours a pitty.

I'm using a brand new laptop Toshiba Core I7 with AMD Radeon graphic card, 8GB internal memory.

 hate to tell you i have had no issues with win 10 and U-Mix ,,
you kinda need to start at a set point ,,
first issue to eliminate is the U-Mix driver for sc is 32 bit ,,so start with useing the 32 bit version of software ,,
now for info
what os ver where you running before new computer :?:
any know issues with runing Cross and what version :?:
maybe not understanding but did you install the U-Mix Control panel :?:
do you have the check box checked in audio set up to start with mixvibes products :?:
are you useing correct MIDI mapping ,, you have to select the one you want when you do a fresh install ..
screen shots of gui and preferences tabs audio and MIDI ,,might help
start running Cross in 32 bit mode and verffy thease thing are correct and tell us the outcome ,,

Thanks for the reply Daniel.
I'm using 32 bit version fo Cross & U-Mix as 64 bit doesn't react at all.
Before my new laptop I was running Cross on a Windows 7 OS. Never had any major problem. Only my previous laptop was running slow (short stutter when looking for songs). My thought was that a new laptop with more memory and a faster CPU should solve this problem.
Check box is checked :-)
MIDI-mapping should be OK but kind of hard to check this now I suppose???
I'l try to add some screen shot later this week.
