How do I update to version 3.3.11? Is it a free update or do I have to purchase another license?

if you already have the PC/mac version of the software and it came with a licence key ,,,then regerster it in the fourm ,, thegrey header at top of posting page has instructions

I lost my serial key for Cross software

if the software is still on computer if you can open it to the gui the help tab ,,about,, depending what version you have installed it will have the licence key there ,, but
me thinking you are unable to open Cross DJ for some reason and it requiring the licence key to be entered ,,
so by saying you have lost the licence key then that means you have misplaced the cd sleeve with licence on it or the activation email if purched on line ,,
and since you have no software badge present in your posting ,,,you didnt enter it into you profile in the fourm ,,
so its true you have lost the licence key ,,
let me know if any of my assumption are in correct ,,

unless proof of purches ,ie licence key,,activation e mail ,, nothing can be done since the responsibility of the purcher is to safe gaurd there purches by either keeping the licence key or regerstering it in your profile ,to safe guard against loss ,
mixvibes has no way of knowing who buys the software untill its regerstered in the fourm ,

do you have the old computer with it in stalled on it ,,can you open up the software to get to the about tab too see if that version stored it in the software ..
