Beginner needing help

Finally bought the full version of Cross DJ and a kaoss DJ controller, but cant get it to map. Power going to unit and Cross DJ is recognising it is online. Controller works using serato intro no problem, wondering if anyone can help?

welcome ,,if you have a licence key please regerster it in the fourm ,,grey header has info to such ,,
go to help section in software and look for link to manual ,, look at topic for the MIDI learn feature ,, a start on getting a map started for the controller ,

,not shure if a map is all ready set up for this controller ,, maybe a link for the controller might shed some light on it. doesnt seem like much help but you are getting there

Hi, thanks for the snappy reply! Have now registered my licence key, i had a go at trying to map the controller manually in the software as per the manual however the controller sticks in standby mode and when i attempt to toggle a switch to bind a key nothing happens!
