Cross DJ/iTunes library issues

I am running the full Cross DJ 3.1.11 on a MacBook Pro 2,8Ghz 16MB RAM, using El Capitan OS (10.11.5). My iTunes version is 12.4.0.119. My iTunes is enabled to share the iTunes Library XML. As far as I can tell for searching, my machine is properly configured to have full iTunes library integration with Cross DJ, however, the problem is the same as it was in the demo version: Some iTunes tracks simply do not appear in Cross DJ, and I cannot determine any pattern that might give me a clue as to why only some of them are made available in Cross DJ. A playlist will show in the list, but will be missing some or all of the tracks that are supposed to be there. VERY frustrating problem! I did search the forums & didn't see any solutions, sorry if there's one out there & I missed it...and my profuse advanced thanks to anyone who might lend some insight.

Bump. I am having the same issues. I have Cross DJ as well and am also an Apple music subscriber. Anytime I download a song from Apple music straight to my computer I am unable to access it on Cross DJ. It simply does not appear. Why this major flaw?

I say it's the DRM that is causing the problem, but I may be wrong.

I would say there are some very serious objections to using Apple Music service for DJ's. There is reports of DJs losing their entire local collection. Apple has sent out a statement about it being a "bug".

My advice would be to stay very very far away from Apple Music until we know a lot more.
