MIDI controller selection bug in preferences (Mac)

Cross DJ regular (non-free) version (EDIT: 3.3.10 and 3.1.11)
Mac OS X
Numark MixTrack controller

I was messing around in the control panel to see what the various options were, and my Numark Mixtrack stopped working properly.

I installed Cross DJ on another computer and had the same results (unknowingly repeating the bug!), but I noticed one of the knobs did strange things in the FX view. I ran MidiMonitor and saw that the controller was transmitting MIDI codes.

Then I figured out what had happened. Here is how to reproduce the bug:

- go to Preferences -> MIDI
- in the search box under controller types, type "xt"
- This shows four types of MixTrack controllers
- select MixTrack (the third item of four)

At this point is where my controller stopped working properly.

- note that clicking on the "x2" button wants to duplicate "U-Mix Control 2"
- close the preferences window
- open it again and select the MIDI pane
- note that "U-Mix Control 2" (the third item) is selected, even though MixTrack had been clicked on earlier

Summary: I selected the wrong controller type by clicking on the correct controller type while using the search box. When the controller types are filtered by the search box, clicking on one will select the wrong controller type.

Workaround: select the controller type without using the search filter

Nice you reported this. Appears to exist in older versions to.
