Want to know if there is a way to play an audio clip and next mix over different video clip, maintaining two different playlist one for audio another for video.

You can use video and audio seperate.

In Preferences > video you have to select the load A/V seperate option.

You now can load a track (aud or vid) to the audio section of a deck and video to the video section of the deck.
If you load a video to the full deck you'll have one vid for aud and vid.
Cross sets different size boxes to make it visible where you are dropping. Just hoover over a deck with a track to see this happen.

You can also link your selection. Load both to deck and select the link option. Next time you load both will be loaded when loading the audio.

Not exactly sure what your playlist part of the question is, but you can mix aud and vid files in a playlist.

Hi Ronald,
I didn't have any deck, I'm not a DJ, using CrossDJ to play videos and music during dance events as scenography.
Did use CrossDJ app on a laptop and stop, didn't have any external source, just external output such as a projector for video and audio system for audio.
So where need I to add videos, pictures and audio so I can play it in different moments, attached an schema of what I'm meaning.
Being an event the sequence of audio and video is pre-defined, I'm not free to choose what I want (such as a DJ), I need just to adapt what I'm playing/displaying to what is going on on the stage.
I also didn't find an user manual for video plugin, there is any?

With Deck I just mean the deck in the interface. This has a Video part and an Audio part. Assuming you have the video strip showing.

your post: After uploading an attachment, please use the Place in line button; else the attachment is not accessible.

There isn't a manual on use of video (/plugin).

As I can't see your attachment I'm not sure what to further suggest. VJing with Cross DJ is there with quite some options; Only with Cross (Full) you'll add the option of having 2*4 video sample pads, but this doesn't seem to be your missing piece.

For Cross DJ
Load Vid 1 to deck A.
Load Audio 1 to deck C.
Load Vid2 to deck B
Disabled deck C from Crossfader

Play Deck A+C (you can set a MIDI command for this)

Play + CF to Deck B

Load pic1 to deck A

Play + CF to Deck A

Load Aud 2 to deck B
Load Pic2 to deck B
Enable deck C for Crossfader

Play + CF to Deck B

Load Pic3 to deck A
Load Aud3 to deck A

Play + CF to Deck A

Load Pic3 to deck B
Load Aud4 to deck B

Play + CF to Deck B

Keep Pic3 in deck A
Load Aud5 to deck A

Play + CF to Deck A

These would be the steps that make you go through.
To en/disable CF for a deck, click the small button left/right from the CF.
