I was happily using Cross 2.6 for a couple of years with my Pioneer DDJ-SX when all of a sudden The controller will no longer adjust master volume in the software. I p
refer Cross to Serato despite not supporting all the FX of controller. Is there a solution to this problem,

With Cross open

Can you control the master by using just the GUI (mouse)?

It it is controlable then
Open preferences
Open the MIDI section
Make sure you are pointing to the DDJ-SX map
Move the knob on the controller.
Is the tab for the DDj-SX blink Green as you are moving the knob?

Your responses will give me more insight to determine what is the problem.

I use Cross 2.6, DDJ-SX and Win 10 all the time.
