I downloaded iTunes to my windows computer but when i click on the iTunes icon on the left hand side there is no music how can i get my iTunes playlist into mixvibes?

Everything that is there in your iTunes (music/playlists) should show up in Mixvibes too.

If you click the icon you should see the Music icon and the playlists icon (with a little triangle before it if it is collapsed). If you click on the Music icon you should see all your tracks in the track view.
If you click the playlist icon you see ... nothing! In order to see your playlists and what's in them, you have to click the little triangle to expand the playlists icon. It will now have all your playlists under it. If you click on one of the playlists it should show all your tracks in that playlist.

I click on them and there is no music i refresh and nothing

In iTunes preferences under sharing you must specify that you want iTunes to share the library with other applications. Check that to make sure is set and then we can continue.
