Manually Beatmatching the Sync Circle without a jogwheel!

Hey There Peeps!! :D

Im using a XoneK2 as a MIDI controller to VDJ.
Usually my videos dont sync as the beat grid markers are not set properly or if they are transition tracks.
I am used to manually beat matching.
I know you can always manually beatmatch to correct the issue, may be using your jog-wheel or the pitch buttons. I just cant seem to figure out which buttons to map to the xone k2 that would help me to manually bend and sync the sync circle while i am in the mix !!

PS: I am lazy when it comes to setting beat grids :P
HELP ME

Hi, a fellow K2 user here ! just got it a few weeks ago and I have mapped the 'jog' function to the two bottom rotaty encoders and it works pretty well for pitch bending / search. I can share the mapping later when I get home.

Here is one mapping file for Xone K2, for external mixer use. It is not finished yet but see which functions and leds you want to modify.

functions are for both decks so they are repeated (not exact mirrors)

top row encoders
pitch adjust/pitch reset to zero, autoloop size/loop on/off

next set of knobs and buttons
fx 1 amount
fx1 deck A on/off
fx 2 amount
fx2 deck A on/off
filter deck A, on/off

the faders are not used in this mapping

buttons down bottom
locators 1-4
beat jump/seek left, right
play, sync

two bottom encoders
pitch bend/search

two large buttons
left one = shift, right = library view

also the shift function used with bottom encoders
shift + enc press = load track A or B

shift+ enc knob = library search

This covers most of the functions I guess... but is a
mapping to work and modify to suit your workflow! ;)
