hello,
i was using CDJ 3.3.10 with no problem with U-Mix44 under W8.1 in 64 bit version.
i have changed for W10 and now the 64b version crash if U-Mix44 is plugged! (it's ok in 32bit)
Do you know this problem, and have you a fix ?
may be the U-Mix is no longer compatible?
thanks for your help

You likely had Asio4all installed at W8.

The Cross 64bit version won't work with 32bit drivers for the soundcard.

You can use the 32bit version. You'll only have a real advantage if you do heavy duty video.

Please update Cross to the latest version, 3.3.11 which is compatible with win10 while 3.3.10 is not.

i had already installed CDJ3.3.11 (see my first post).
i tried again.
impossible ta have Main on the out of U-Mix.
only the headphone works normally.
i think your driver is to old for W10, and for your loyals users it would be normal to upgrate it !
more: CDJ don't accept several soundcards at the same time (like Vdj for ex). It would be useful to fix temporaly the problem by using the internal sound card for the Main.....

You can combine soundcards by using Asio4all as soundcard driver.

At the esi website you can download W10 drivers (please do a search to find posts on this subject in the forum.

The U-Mix 44 is an OEM Soundcard. This soundcard is build for many Distributors. Ive looked for drivers and found windows 8 is the latest driver you can use.

Only with ASIO4all you can bring it to work with win 10
