Cant install DVS Ultimate on win10

Hi guys, i have problem with installation of DVS Ultimate, and problem is: When i want to install it, and i click "install_dvs.exe" after windows check alert, nothing happens. Some tips?

btw. yup, i used admin mode, and win7/xp sp3 comp. mode.
