Unstable / Crashes

I am using Cross DJ Free v_3.2.2 for PC and occasionally when switching into Autoplay mode it will freeze, also from time to time when I open the program all of the buttons on the players are flashing like the loop in and out buttons the only way I can get the software to run is to restart the computer which is running Windows 10 64 Bit operating system.

I would like to purchase the software but with the issues I am reluctant so I was wondering if anyone else has had problems and can offer any advice.

Thanks - Fred.

Hi Daniel.

My sytem specs are given below:

CPU Intel 2.20GHz dual core
RAM 3GB DDR2
SOUND Realtek HD Audio
OS Windows 10 64 Bit

I will look around I was not aware there was a demo version Cross DJ Free v3.2.2 does install in the x86 Program Files in Windows so it is probably really 32 Bit software however it should still work in 32 Bit emulation mode in a 64 Bit environment, I have also tried version 3.2.4 and it also appears to be unstable too.

3.2.x is pre W10.
The Free version for W10 hasn't been released yet.

The Demo version is current.

Hello Ronald.

Thank you for your reply regarding the Windows 10 version of Cross DJ Free, I have used the software on my tower computer running Windows 7 Ultimate as well and had the same problems so I wonder if you have come across this before, both systems are running a 4 Bit OS.

Also where do I get the demo version I would dearly love to purchase the program as I think it is great but I need to make sure it is reasonably stable.
Have you any plans to release a true 64 Bit version of Cross DJ for PC Ronald ?

Regards - Fred.

Cross were both Versions installed. I use the 64bit version since one year without any Problem.

I use it with an NI Audio 6 Soundcard and 2 CDJ.
important is that your drivers are compatible 64bit otherwise there are crashes.

In the Version 3.3.11 are many bugfixes

Hi Jaymarkus.

Thank you for your reply, no I just have the one version installed which I believe to be 32 Bit I downloaded this from CNET Download.com so can you please let me know where I can download a 64 Bit version I am currently using version 3.2.2.

RIght top. Orange button...

Only the Apple Appstore and this website have offical versions of the software.
The demo is 1 install which installs both 32 as 64 bit.

The 64bit is full 64bit, meaning not just compiled but rewritten to be true 64bit. If you have 32bit drivers in use for audio/MIDI components you may have to use the 32bit version.

Apple Store only hosts software for Apple, the purchase is easiest made via Mixvibes' site
