Won't Detect Pioneer DDJ-T1

Pretty new here still. Anyways, for a week or two when I got my Pioneer DDJ-T1, Cross DJ (I have the paid version), would detect the deck. Since it wasn't a preset on the MIDI mapping, I had to manually set it up myself. It worked out great with the deck for those couple weeks.
Recently, the program won't even recognize the deck. It can't even be found. I have tried different USB ports and plugged in power elsewhere, but Cross can't find it for some reason.
Any thoughts on what's going on? I've been assuming it's the program, but maybe it's the deck not being recognized by my laptop (Macbook Pro).
