Locked out of Cross DJ 3.3.10

Bought the software on 4th February - was working fine - locked out and I can't find my serial number. I registered with (mod remove@)

Please send your purchase information to support@mixvibes.com.

If you purchased via mixvibes website you have received a key by email. Else you couldn't use it.

Audio dropouts? Increase audio 'buffer size' value.

Soundcard not available/working? Try the 32bit version of Cross (is also installed).
