What does it takes to get tech support from Mixvibes?

I am grateful to Mixvibes for making me a Moderator and Betatester. However, I can see how some members are getting increasingly frustrated as even my questions never get answered or even acknowledge.

So Mixvibes team, please after privates messages and emails I am trying here in public. Perhaps someone will take notice.

Same here, just emailed support 2 days ago with a really simple question not answered anywhere on the site and I'm still waiting for a response.

:eek: just curious as to the question ,, if posted on the fourm in a new topic ,,if the mods can get resources to answer and help ,, we are establishing a back door to get help,, system is starting to go foward ,,so please post a new topic with you concerns ,, :mrgreen: we got a plan :idea:
