Simple question and problem that i CANNOT FIGURE OUT!

Play deck A crossfade to deck B

the Audio and video from A remain while playing deck B UNLESS i turn down the Deck A volume slider or Mute Deck A.

This is not a problem when crossing from B to A.

HOW DO I FIX THIS SO DECK A IS SILENT WHEN PLAYING B????

look at the a and b markers by the crossfader ,,one is highlighted one is not ,,thinking b is light and not a ,, allowing a to play even thought its not on Cross fader side ,,

also regerster the software licence key in the fourm ,,,user control panel/profile/serial # ,,
