Cross 3.1 Crash in Windows 10

So Cross crashed on me after about 30 mins of using it with all 4 decks and both videos. No warning signs, just goes down and I get the error message from windows 10.

I'm a new Cross user, but I have gigs coming up that I need to use it for, and I don't want any risk of this happening.

My system is Windows 10 / i7-6500u / 16GB ram / 1TB hard drive
Using a Korg Kaoss DJ and a Hercules DJ Control Compact
I switched the audio driver to the "Line 2 (Korg)" option because the Korg 4 Chan driver was giving me underruns to no end.

Let me know if you have any advice or any ways to help.
Thanks!

Also, not sure if this is relevant, but I believe I am using the 32bit version of Cross instead of the 64. Not sure what difference that makes.

:surprised: sorry to hear this ,,running win 10 since update to os ,, not as hard as your self ,, glad to hear you are running it in 32 bit mode ,,
one of the faq s if audio driver is not 64 bit ,,it will crash/be uncompatiable..
couple of thing to do
regerster the software licence key in the fourm ,,user control panel/profile/serial#,,,this allows to access the download section ,,
next ,,try running the software only to see if its in the hard ware thats giving the issues ,,
screen shots of audio tab , might clear up something
and any other info ,,as to whats running in background ,,ram and cpu usage ,,
the more info the better

Ok, it has happened 2 more times now. This is not ok. This needs to get resolved fast or I will be requiring a refund.

@Daniel Clark

Are you saying I should or shouldn't be using the 64bit version? Your post is a bit unclear.

the problem seems to happen less in 32 and more 64-bit and I think that is not for lack of processing or computer memory or operating system version because obitive the Cross issue close without warning on systems w7 to the w10 and mac os, the problem happen! without notice or cause predicted apparent failure to obitive in Hide control CDJ P ... in DVS system and direct the notebook, ... Cross is a fantastic software with attractive features and real practical utility for DJ pro or beginner, aFront to the said how great: Serato, Traktor and VDJ ... Cross was on a rising trend as DJ pro software, and suddenly stopped, I see no problem in the break up because the software already has excellent resources, however stability is extremely important for a DJ live use software ... After so many reports of the same problem by Cross users, I hope this problem is observed, because the software can even have errors, more for work is something that can not happen
