Hey Guys,
I have now upgraded from DVS6 (Windows) to Cross Pro (latest update) on MAc (El Capitan 10.11.3) till now all ok. My problem is that Cross opens normaly and i can connect my u-mixx44 with recognition, i use it with vinyl timecodes. Cross recognizes all(soundcard, vinyl control) but it gives no sound output. I tried running Cross on 32 bit but it just dont open it stops running everytime. Can anybody help me?

Equipment:
Macbook Pro (early 2015)
- 8GB RAM
2 Technics Sl 1210
U-Mix 44 Soundcard
Cross 3.1.11

Ps. I've also tried with the U-Mix driver on and off.

Could you also explain in some more detail when it stops. During startup of Cross, or when starting to play music.

You best use the 32bit version (only) till it is resolved. First would be to make sure Cross runs at your MAC without external sound card.

Next try to connect the sound card to a USB 2 port. If your Mac only has usb3, use a USB2 hub in between.

Cross doesn't really 'recognize' any sc (nor MIDI). It uses the list of of available devices as provided by the OS.

Please let's know (including info as asked by Daniel)

Hey thanks for the quick reply, i will upload some screenshots when i get home. Cross will not open in 32 bit dont know why :/ I have my Audio settings like i had before
(External mixer), funny thing if i start Cross on 64 bit and hook all up it works just no output signal (timecode respond well, and the signal is nearly 100%) when i switch into the internal speakers, the output works.

If Cross 32bit doesn't open you best delete the mixvibes.settings file.

It has to be done manually. reinstall will not help you for this.
it's in a path like c:\user\[username]\appdata\roaming\mixvibes\
(this is windows terminology).

Then first use 32bit version as mentioned. Cross 64-bit is fully 64bit, so will not work with 32bit drivers.

Once the 32bit version works you can test if 64bit will work to. It's pretty unlikely to have the 64bit version working (fully) while the 32bit doesn't...
