CAN NOT OPEN THE PROGRAM

I have downloaded your program off of the mac store, but now I can not open the program it tells me that; An unexpected error occurred while signing in. (Your device or computer could not be verified. Contact support for assistance.)
That is not true as i was using the program last week.
HOW DO I FIX IT?

I think it would be best to go back to full reinstall.
After uninstall please check if the mixvibes.settingsfile is no longer there.
If you look for it before uninstall you know where it located.
something like C:\users\[username]\appdata\roaming\mixvibes\
I'm a WIn user, so don't know exact Mac path structure.
After uninstalling all (both?) versions, try reinstalling. Appstore keeps track of your purchase so you won't have to pay again.
I would expect it to work now, as likely some circumstancial error occured. This version is available for months without this kind of error.
Once installed please check out the info in my signature so you can get access to the downloadsection of Cross.
If this doesn't workout to be the solution, please provide some more info on your setup and the Cross version(s) this is about.
