Older versions of mixvibes Cross DJ

Postby matttt on 02 Mar 2016, 21:45

I recently hooked up my turntables up to my U46MK2 and decided to play around with my timecode vinyl. When I try to insert the CD with the mixvibes software, my MBP refuses to read the cd, leaving me unable to install the version of Mixvibes suitable with my hardware. Searching google for older versions of Mixvibes Cross that I can use my serialnumber with resulted in zero hits.

I don't really feel like shelling out 129 euro's for a new version of the software, and I was wondering if there's an archive somewhere available so I can download the version shipped with my hardware. I do remember registering the serialnumber on these forums way back when bought the hardware if that can help me in my ongoing search for a version of Mixvibes Cross that doesn't quit after 15 minutes.

Your info seems to tell you had mixvibes DVS or DVS Ultimate. To my best knowledge these are Windows only...

If you have Cross you have to enter your license key in your user profile to open the download section.

Soundcard not available/working? Try the 32bit version of Cross (is also installed).

The CD tells me I have Cross, and it also has written "Mac OS X" on it.

I checked my profile and see the serialnumber is gone, so I'll just try to enter it there again and see what happens next.

[edit]
Looks like that fixed it, thanks!
