U-Mix Control Pro mapping hardware bug

Hi

I have a tricky bug while using Mixvibes and U-Mix Control Pro. Of course I select a U-Mix Control Pro preset in the mapping section
. But the left jog and the crossfader won't work on the controler (no effect on the software but the rest of the mapping is ok). I'm not using it everyday but with this 2 bug my U-Mix Control Pro is totally inefficient (I use jog to mix my tracks, and I do a little bit of scratching).
What can I do to fix this ? Is this a hardware trouble, or can I fix this in the set up. Do my controller need a firmware update ?

My set Up:
MacBook Pro/Mac Os 10.9.5
MixVibes 3.3.11 64bit
U-Mix Control Pro (Sep 2011) M110901864A

Try running the 32bit mode of Cross. (right click the Cross icon).

I just run Cross DJ in 32 bit but it doesn't change anything . Must be an hardware failure with my controller

In the downloads section there is a firmware update for the UMCP-1.

Do not use it for a UMCP2!!!

If you're in the Preferences > MIDI tab does the tab header flash green for the 'non working' controls? If not then there's no MIDI signal received. If it flashes it might still be a problem, but would give some hope to be a mapping issue....
