I have purchased a licence to upgrade from the free version and entered the Serial Number into the box, but when I reopened the program it still says Cross DJ Free 3.2.0

Why is the software not showing as upgraded please? How can I fix this problem as I cant access the MIDI Controller element of the software.

did you enter the serial # in the fourm /in your profile ,,
you have a software badge for the old Vfx/video plug in ,,

where /what did you purches ,,give details ,,no serial #s please ,, to see what you have purched ,,
something doesnt seem correct ,, not shure there is a upgrade from Cross DJ free ,, to the PC version of Cross DJ or Cross ,, lacking some details

also details about your set up might clear up somethings

According to your avatar it seems you have entered a licence key for the video addon instead of the Cross DJ version.

Cross DJ will be a separate install from the free version.

If you purchased the wrong you can send an email to support@mixvibes.com with the purchase information. No guarantees on what they can do as there can be many ways you can have got a licence.

I note that this invoice seems to suggest that I only have the Video Unlock option!!!

Resolved - different upgrade option on the website is not at all clear. Upgrade/Buy option in one window. This is very confusing and I have now had to pay twice - once for the video upgrade and now for the full package!

well that figures ,, asked not for serial #s ,, deleted your in the open fourm ,, depends what you are trying to accomplish , if you want to keep the vid plug in or return it ,, the support person listed in rojec posting might be able to help with that ,,
when you get the correct serial # please post it in the fourm user control panel ,, profile serial # ,,then you have access to the down load section as to download the latest ver of your software
