Bass knob broke down

I have a mixvibes consolle. One of the 2 bass knobs broke down, can I replace it?
Is there a way to get the replacement spare part and easily replace it myself?

Not sure if it is possible, but please provide the info on the device type so anyone who knows can answer more easily..

Hi,
thank you for your answer. I have a U-Mix Control Pro 2.
I really hope it is repleceable otherwise I'd have to throw the controller away!
