Using Cross DJ when I click on iTunes is won't pull up any tracks. I am using a PC 3.3.10...I bought the full version.

I have other PC's and they do not have this problem...not sure why this is happening.

Thanks for the reply...I see that you are in Charleston...I am in Columbia SC.

So I am running this on a cheap Dell...I added the specs to my account...nothing fancy I3 processor, 8 gb ram and 1 TB.

Running Windows 10

I have just purchased this software for one of my DJ's in January. It says its the most current version. Its 3.3.10

If not where exactly do I find the download to update it?

Thanks again for your help!

OK so I upgraded to 3.3.11 and I still have the same problem.

When using Cross DJ...on the bottom left when I click on iTunes it won't load my iTunes Library and playlists.
