the grey header at the top of this posting page has instruction for entering the serial #/licence key in the fourm ,,this key is found on the cd sleeve or in the activation e mail

Thank you, but i have received the serial key by mail and have written it in my profile. But i don't have any full version in the download center...

I have send an email ton cancel my purchase... I need the soft today but i can't use it... Thank you for your help.

just curious ,,you are showing a software badge for the old Vfx and the Cross DJ video plug in ,, ,,kinda confused ,as to whats going on ,, have you entered a serial # for Cross DJ or for the plug in ,, the software badging will be the white one in my postings ,
the serial # is numeric ,caps ,dash senstive ,, if properly entered itshould put a badge in you postings and give access to Cross DJ download section ,for you to download the letest version ,, so whats going on ,,,explain
