DVS Ultimate bad installation?

hi, I want to know why my copy of DVS Ultimate no longer works
I tried everything but the main problem is: the seryl number is not correct ....
I have an original copy of the software and I am logged 4 years ago ! :redface:
please answer me!

You best send an email to support@mixvibes. Com with your key.

Might be good to also tell what you changed eg upgrade.
