No sound on left channel mixvibes u-mix44

Hello, im using u-mix44 on 2 vinyl turntables and a mixer

I connected everything in the right way and all settings are how to need to be.

The right channel is working allright but the left channel isnt, i can control the channel with my mixvibes vinyl on my turntable and the gain in Cross DJ shows also there is sound but on my mixer it isnt and i dont hear any sound. The output 2 light is on but the output 1 light is turned off on the u-mixx44.

Im using Cross 3.3.11 32bit (also tryed 64bit)

Does anyone know what the problem is ?! Thanks a lot !

First guess is you need to change the routing mode to External Mixer.

If this isn't it, please provide some capture of the audio settings and the overall Cross screen.

If you have the soundcard connected to a usb 3 port, try using a usb 2 port (or a usb 2 hub)
