Hi there,

I am having a problem with the forum itself. When I create a new post the tab to the left of the options tab does not appear for me and so I cannot attach files like screenshots. I would attach a screenshot to show the missing tab but of course I can't do that ;o).

If there is an email address for tech support I could email a screenshot to show you what I mean.

Any ideas why this does not appear for me?

Do I need to have a different registration to unlock this feature?

Nb. I have tried this on two different computers now (noth Macs) with the same result. I have tried Firefox, Safari and Chrome browsers. ITs the same on my 15" macbook with Mountain Lion and my Macbook Air with El Capitan.

Can anyone help with this problem or provide an email for the moderator or tech support email for mixvibes?
I am trying to trouble shoot a problem with my mixvibes hardware on another thread and it would be really helpful to be able to attach files and screenshots.
