No sound output from U-Mix Control Pro

I have a U-Mix Control Pro and the latest version of Cross 3.3.11, running on Windows 10. I have been unable to get any sound from the U-Mix line out or headphone jack.
The routing is set to Dual Stereo but I have also tried all the other options.
I have installed the latest Asio4all driver and in the Asio control panel the U-Mix and its inputs and outputs are lit blue
I have tried both 32 bit and 64 bit versions of Cross.
I have tried two different PC's running Windows 10.
I have tried disabling exclusive mode in sound option in control panel.
I can only get sound if I set output to the PC internal sound card (Realtek HD).
The DJ controller functions work perfectly.
The last time I used the U-Mix was about 12 months ago running Windows 7, it was always finnicky requiring to be switched off and on after windows booted but always worked.

Hope someone can help me!

 just recently up graded to win 10 ,,realy havent put U-Mix Control Pro to the test ,,but will do so ,,hate to have the same issues ,,
???why are you useing asio 4all ,and not the regular U-Mix drivers ,,
do you have the volume panel installed ,
screen shot seems right ,, what about the sound config panel from windows ,, the controller sc shouldnt be set at default,,allowing the software to use this and not be blocked by windows ,

Thank you for the reply. I have just tried plugging a microphone into the U-Mix and still no output. I think I have a hardware problem, its funny we Windows users are so used to software issues and driver problems that we overlook the obvious!
Just have to pull it to bits and see what's going on!

Daniel I think that for Win10 no exist regular MixVibes driver. After upgrade to win10 users must use ASIO4ALL latest version driver..I apologize if I'm wrong.

Advantage of ASIO4ALL is that you can use Cross 64bit (when having Win 64-bit) as asio4all takes is 64bit and can use 32bit sound cards.

Asio4All uses the wdm driver of each soundcard, so shouldn't be impossible to use direct. Other than asio4all is capable of using WDM with lower latency.

did the 8.1 to 10 system upgrade ,, have the same driver that was originaly installed when got my UMCP1 and used also for 2 ,, the volume panel,, that screen shot was of a operating set up minus plugging to my sound system ,, checked master and monitor out by useing the cue mix knob,,didnt see/hear any problems ,,this being the 32 bit version of the software, realise i would have to use asio4all to run 64 bit version,,
