Hi Mates, Im sorry for new topic, but I need help..
I have latest version of Cross installed on Windows 10, 64-bit. Now I try to connect Cross with Pioneer CDJ850 or CDJ2000 and I have the same problem. I don´t know how to set up my audio settings in Cross. The CJDs are connect, track is logged, player can control the Cross, track from one player plays, but the second player does not emit any audio signal into mixer. I think it's because of the wrong audio settings. I downloaded the latest version Pioneer driver, but in AUDIO Settings in Cross I can´t set it - Pioneer ASIO is GREY, because in menu is ASIO (32-bit only). My question is: The problem is that I have win 10, 64-bit and Pioneer driver exists only for the 32-bit version? Or anybody know the right set up the audio settings in Cross? many thanks for any help and Im sorry for my bad english..
Peter

Have you tried using the Cross 32bit version. This is also installed by the same installer.

I would suspect it to be a driver issue.

Please double check if you (really) have the latest Pioneer driver.
Then remove the Pioneer driver and only after the removal install this latest version (again). (so no 'repair' or such all-in-one option)

Also check if there's an firmware update for the CDJ's.

Once software is OK try the CDJ's one by one first, and after this the combination.
