Is license key use on both laptop & desktop possible ?

Hello,

Sorry if this topic has been addressed before but I could find no evidence of it.

I recently purchased a new U-Mix Control Pro for my MacBook Pro running Yosemite. I'm up to date with the newest version of Cross DJ (3.3.11) and I would also like to use the program / U-Mix on my desktop iMac at home so I can utilize the larger screen and my home output system for working on my mixes. Is there any way to utilize the same license key to activate the software on both ? If not, perhaps there is a way to "turn on/turn off" the key code when switching to the other computer ?

Thanks in advance ! -Rick

You're allowed to use 2 installs in any PC/mac combination.

Having my Macbook Pro as primary "working" laptop, an older Windows 7 Dell laptop as my backup and my home desktop where I do most of my prep work with a big screen, ergonomic keyboard and ditto mouse, I still think it would be nice if they could stretch it to three, or maybe offer an extra license for maybe 15 or 20 bucks if you are already own a full version. I see the potential drawbacks with that, though.

Maybe we should have an option (wouldn't this be a true PRO idea ...) to have a key on an iLok, like the big DAWs for example. It's like a USB stick that holds your key. Whatever machine you put the iLok in, is the machine you can play the software on. So even if you had the software installed on 10 machines, you could only use it on one machine at a time.

I'd even be willing to pay, say, 15-20 bucks for that option.
