Issues with Mac El Captain and Numark Mixvibe Deck

Hey guys,

I updated to Mac El Captain today, unaware of the issues it could possibly bring.

I use Numark Mixdeck with my Cross DJ software. I could not get the software to recognize the deck to save my life. The Numark Audio USB Hub recognized it, it was turned on, but when i clicked external mixer cue (as I have for 3 years no issues) nothing. The controls on the deck were not doing anything on the software.

Please help, I've tried everything.

Did your everything include
- using version 3.3.11
- trying Cross in 32bit mode
- connecting controller to a usb 2 port; using a usb hub if you only have usb3 ports.

Yes to all of that.

If someone can tell me what the input/output settings should look like on a Mac running the Numark mixdeck usb input that would be great.

After the update the left deck was working, but the right deck had no audio, but the controllers were working. I rebooted, and now nothing. Need to get this up and running sooner than later.

I have an external mixer with headphones, need to get sound to two external speakers

Witg routing mode External Mixer and outputs 1 and 2 set (to 1/2, 3/4) you send deck A and B to the mixer channels.

Please post a screen capture of the audio settings tab and of the overall interface in case it doesn't work out.

There are my options. Again, the computer and software are recognizing that the Mixdeck is plugged in, the only options it is giving me is Master In and Master out for each output. I can't even click play in the program and get the thing to work. Everything is frozen until I revert to simple stereoe/dual stereo mode and the decks unfreeze and play through my computer speaker.

This does not help me as I route external mixer to 2 aux cords. This is driving me insane. Please help.

the screen shot for the MIDI tab has mixvibes control hightlighted ,not shure if this affects audio ,,wouldnt think it will,, have you been useing this as a MIDI map all along ,,
also the audio is selected external mixer cue ,, is this the setting used before the up date to el captain ,,

Unclicked it, still nothing.

It was either external mixer or the cue external mixer, cant remember, but neither is working.

OCCASIOANLLY it will work when i unselect all 4 options (master in x 2 master out x 2), but just the volume on the mixer, not the controls on the 2 decks. Even this is spotty however.

un clicked what ,,U-Mix Control in MIDI tab ,, then what did you hightlight in MIDI tab ,,

Numark Mix Deck. But there is a lock symbol on it. Still nothing responding.

the locked symbol indicates that that map is original/locked ,not to alter map ,,
but you can dupliciate it and edit that one ,, hightlight it ,, any changes in audio
