Recording Issue

Hi,

I have the paid version of the software however it refuses to record my mixes. Both tracks play fine and I can see the levels moving but when I record a mix it creates a file of a few hundred mb but there is no audio on the playback. Can anyone help?

You have to select your recording channel in preferences.
The recorded volume depends on the main out volume.

If this doesn't help please provide captures of the overall GUI, audio setup and recording settings.

After registering your licence key you can upload attachments.

to use the rec function thru the software then internal mixer is to be used ,,if your set up requires the use of external mixer ,ie time code etc ,,then a outside recording will have to hap[pen ,,
give info as to your set up and register as rojec suggests ,
