verification serial Mixvibes LE

Dear Sir or Madam,

i recently bought the MixVibes U-Mix 44. In the case is also the serial for mixvibes Cross LE, aswell the drivers for windows. Now I want to give back the device because it doesn't matches my expectations but my trader doesn't want to take back the device because the warrenty seal is damanged (sure, i had to open it for the drivers...) . I didn't used the serial so it would be a please if you could confirm me (and I will foreward the confirmation to my trader) that the serial number is unused. It would be silly to write the serial into the forum so maybe we can solve this via E-Mail? That would be awesome!

Thank you, Daniel. I've written an E-Mail, but they didn't answered me until now
