Registration Problems

Hi I received a Envivo controller at Christmas, did the installation as directed (including Cross DJ LE) Registered for an account with MixVibes and input my registration number as required. However when I start the software (v2.5.0) I get a message asking me to update my software to 2.6.

When ever I follow the provided link to try to do this I just get an access denied message. I have double checked and my serial number is in my profile as required.

I hope you can tell me what is going wrong as I notice a post from August in FAQ's stating the same issue but it has received no replies.

You have inserted your Seriel Number

I can see that your patch is Displayed .

Login to your Account


on the right side go to the download section, you can download only the Version you can use. Cross DJ LE


Download the last one and install it.
