Traktor X1 mk1

Hi to All,
I Buy a traktor x1 mk1 and I Start Cross 3.11 64 bit But x1 doesn't work. In preferences>MIDI I have offline, it's like mac doesn't detect x1.
What Could Be??
Someone Could you Help me?!

Try running Cross in 32bit mode.
If Mac however really doesn't recognize the device, it can't be used by Cross as Cross 'asks' Mac for the present devices.

Hi ROJEC,
I try to install the latest drivers for traktor x1 and I start Cross in 32bit mode, but altohught after driver downloading in panel preferences>MIDI, Cross now detects x1 "ONLINE", X1 doesn't work without "green light" when I push every buttons, X1 is like power off without lights.
What I forget?
