Hi,
This issue happened after I upgrade to El Captain. It affects the whole interface and also the menu.
I tried to re-install the app, but it didn't work.
Then I thought it was a compatibility issue, but I didn't find anyone here has reported similar issue.
Anyone can help, please?
Btw, the version is 3.3.11
Thank you very much!

Sorry, what I meant is that everything now is not displayed properly.
The interface and menu are showing boxes and strange symbols instead of letters and words.
I don't know how to upload picture, but it looks similar with this

Could it be you don't have the font Arial, or don't have this active.
I'm not a Mac user, so am not able to tell how, but know this is an occasional problem (not just with Cross).

Definitely looks like either a font or language choice issue. Arial won't help as that's a windows font, not a Mac one I believe.
The good thing with Mac is you can hold Apple-Key + R when you reboot, then reinstall the software. It wil reinstall the OS without messing with your users, files and settings. There is even an option to use an online version of the OS if you don't trust the one you downloaded.
After the reinstall I do believe you get the option of picking your language and keyboard and such.

Re: Missing Font?
Thanks guys, font problem solved. Opened Font Book to discover that the font Arial was disabled for some reason? Enabled the font in Font Book and restarted Cross to find it displaying text correctly.
