I am unable to see my iTunes using Cross - Discover DJ which came with my Ion Discover DJ controller. My iTunes path is in a non-standard location which I imagine may be the issue. This is on a Windows PC using version 1.3.2 which came with the hardware.

What can I do to help the software find my library?

Hard to say what is it as iTunes has had many changes since Cross LE 1.3.2 was released.
First thing to do would be to upgrade Cross by downloading from the download section.

The version that I received with Discover DJ is the same version I see in the updates (1.3.2). I added my license key to my profile, but I don't see any newer versions. CrossDJ Free is the only other app I see, and this didn't work with my controller.

what rojec was referring to was the numerous updates that i tunes have implemented ,, and no backward compatibility ,,even down to Apple operating systems ,, the later versions of Cross and Cross DJ have been adjusted to implement the i tunes changes ,,,he is suggesting up grading you version ,,he mentioned Cross, but if just wanting to use your controller ,then Cross DJ might solve this for you , the hardware/software bundel was purched by ion and no updates where entailed in this package ,,
