To me seems both OK; offered via different reseller via amazon.

You do need a v2. But the the v1 is really old. The compatibility mentioned (e.g. Cross & DVS Ultimate) for the cheaper one means it's a v2.

If you have some time left it may be French users are able to provide other suggested shops.
