Cross DJ + U-MIX44 Output 1/2 no sound

Hi,

I've got a problem with Cross DJ and U-MIX44, I don't have any sound on the output 1 and output 2.
The preview (output 3/4) works correctly.
When I switch the output to "integrated output" in Cross DJ audio settings, it works correctly, I have sounds.
I've installed the U-Mix driver.
I use the latest version of Cross DJ.
I'm on Mac with El Capitan.
Here is my audio settings: http://take.ms/iO3xG
Here is my Cross DJ: http://take.ms/RMTba

Thanks in advance for your support !

Regards,
Lionel

@funkvision,
Please provide some info on version OS, Cross etc. Just to be sure 'the same' isn't something completely different.
Also please register your licence key in your user profile so you can download the latest version (3.3.11) if you're running an earlier version.

@Ricket008
Try starting Cross in 32bit mode. I'm not a MAC user so can't exactly tell, but have seen some remarks on El Capitan having some changed method in starting apps. For the U-mix44 only 32bit drivers are available.

Hello RoJeC,

my OS is also OSX el Capitan on MacBook Air. I use Cross DJ LE with the mixvibes U-Mix 44 interface. My Audio settings:
External Mixer
Input1: 1/2
Input2: 3/4
–––––––––––––––––
Output1: 1/2
Output2: 3/4

But only the LED of Output 2 is lightning. Output 1/2 gets no signal.

Under my iMac with the same settings it works fine…

You have an older of Cross. Only Cross 3.3.11 versions are fully compatible with el Capitan. You may consider upgrading to Cross DJ for this.

What you could try is making sure the controller is connected to a usb 2 port as usb 3 ports may not be fully compatible.

Thanks for your answer RoJeC.
I have got a workaround for the problem. I make a second partition (20 GB) and installed a clean Mac OSX 10.10.
Now it works fine and everything ist ok. Also its possible to use all data and programs of the main partition with 10.11. :)

Still hoping Apple will solved the core audio problems as soon as possible!!!

Try running 32-bit Cross if the sound card does not support 64-bit.
