mixdeck quad MIDI issues

HI i just bought my mix deck and have been using Cross DJ pro for about a year. i plugged in my mixdeck had both of the decks on MIDI mode and wasn't able to control the software at all and when i dragged a song and played it it would come out on the wrong channel can someone please help me?

MIDI and audio routing are not related issues.
For audio:
Preferences > Audio, set the right channels per output.
MIDI:
Have you selected the right MIDI mapping?
Also not clear to me if you have 1 or 2 mix decks connected
Could you also provide info on your OS and Cross version?
If your register your license key you will be able to upgrade to the latest version (3.3.11).

Cross DJ pro,,,the PC/mac os version or the play store app
