Im not a happy man! I have just purchased the PC version of your software. I cant seem to pre cue?? Could you please help or am i having to get refunded. Ad ur sofware is not working as it should.

welcome to mixvibes ,, shouldnt be major issues with getting the hardware to work with Cross DJ ,, first chance you get regerster the software licence key in the fourm ,,user control panel/profile/serial #
then give info as to your set up ,,computer specs,os ,Cross version and sound card set up ,, screen shots should help with giving info as to your sound card config ,, ,,need a little bit more info than its not working ,, glad to help but need info

Any joy on resolving this? Im having same isue pre cueing with wego2. I feel like i have been ripped off! Will be taking it further if ghey don't reply!

Ok, i have now registered my software.

There must be a solution! Ur android app is fantastic but the PC vertion is disappointing for me if the pre cue cant be sorted.

Like Daniel has already said, screen shots of you soundsettings wil help to figure things out. So if you don't provide it woud be guessing

It's all in the manual. And if you want assistance it might be helpful to reply to questions instead of blaming the software.

Most common is that the audio mode has to be set to Dual Stereo.

Providing screen captures often helps to get it sorted. Also please briefly describe what you expect to happen with the control settings as captured.

First of all have you downloaded and installed the latest Pioneer Asio driver for the controller.
