Can anyone help with the Kontrol S4 mapping?

Please, someone, anyone. I have been using the free version of Cross for a couple months, and i decided to finally get a mixer. For a couple days, i was using my Kontrol S4 with the free version, having mapped out every single button myself. So i decided to buy the full version to fully support the MIDI. ive followed every single instruction on how to map the S4 (downloading the mappings from the compatible controllers list) but nothing seems to work. With the free version, the S4 used to light up completely, now no lights are on, and only the sliders and filters work. Nothing else is working and im getting real frustrated because when i paid for the full version, i expected to plug in and everything be perfect. However, its far from perfect. Like I said, ive followed all the instructions, and now im stuck. If anyone could give me any advice, it would be appreciated. I feel like i paid for no reason, because the free version was working a lot smoother with my MIDI. Thank you

what version of Cross DJ did you purches ,, the PC/Apple software or the app from google play /Apple app ,, if the PC/Apple version ,,please regerster the software licence key in the fourm ,,
reasoning for ???is something not correct or i am misinformed ,,Cross DJ free ,,doesnt support MIDI ,, Cross DJ for PC/Apple os supports MIDI,, Cross DJ pro for android ,,supports MIDI but for only certain devices ,,
so in any case clear up what software/application you are useing ,,

im sorry for the late reply, but i purchased the Mac version of Cross DJ, the 50 dollar one. i put my license key in and everything, but the MIDI isnt fully supported. i still have to map everything myself. why is that? does Cross offer refunds? because clearly i paid for the program, but its the exact same product as the free one!!
