DVS PRO + UK46MK2 on mac?

Hallo,

i bought this Mixvibes pack with vinyl and CD control.
But now i own a mac i want to work with it on mac.

But i can't run it. So i saw in the download section i could download Cross. but i can't seem to get it to work with my CDS some how...

Does anyone know what i'm missing here?

you are showing a Cross le version in your software badging ,, not Cross ,, give info as to what software bundel you have regerstered ,, le versions are only used with the bundeled hardware ,, so some more info needed ,, also you say you download ed Cross update ,,give info as to hardware and os and set up screen shots of audio config and any info that might help in figuring it out,,so in essence will need a little bit more info to help you figure it out

The shitty part is this is my second account here! I can't find my origin member name + password. and the emailadress i used back than isn't available anymore.(I even found my profile here :')

Anyway.
I purchased DVS Pro back than, i still have the .zip pack from the update back than, but i only applies on window. It worked back than! I know that for sure.

I have:
UK46MK2
timecode vinyl + CD's
OSX: OSX Yosemite 10.10.5

I use Pioneer CDJ1000MK2.
these are connected to the input of my UK46MK2.
The outputs of the UK46MK2 go to the input channels of my external mixer.

Let me now if you need more information!

Le has 2.6 as latest version. For yosemite and el Capitan you need the latest version 3.3.11. Also for ability to use latest iTunes. Osx isn't backwards compatible.

You are entitled to upgrade pricing. Only Cross. Full supports DVS.

Okay, so after i purchased DVS Pro a couple of years i have to buy Cross?

Is it correct i need to buy Cross DJ? and than sent the bill to ... like describes elsewhere on the forum.
And than i can use my cd's and vinyl??
or do i need to buy more??

No, you need to purchase Cross

Cross DJ is only for Keyboard and Midicontrol

Cross you can use Timecode/ MIDI / Keyboard

Please be aware that the mixvibes DVS isn't being supported for over 6 years.

The next thing is Mixvibes DVS is an Windows only system.

It don´t work with Apple

I know DVS is only a Windows program.

But i want to know what i should do to get this thing going...

In Appstore i have 2 options: Cross Free € 0,- & Cross DJ. € 30,-
(I can't find Cross... as you mentioned Jay.)

If i Purchase Cross DJ will I be able to play with CD's?
Or does this depend on my license???

Please step by step what to do.

I don't know if Cross (full /DVS) is in appstore.

Playing CD isn't part of any licence as this isn't digital Doing. You can however connect CD players via the inputs and set the decks to line in
