I´ve bought a Cross Digital Vinyl System box including a Serial number to be able to download Cross pro. I cannot find the download on your Website and also the Serial number is not working

You have the Cross tag in your profile so the serial is present.

You should have the option to download at the right column.

If you still can't download you can send a pm message to team@mixvibes.

Thanks, it has worked although I have entered several times the same Serial number, for the last time, it was accepted. Don´t know why but anyhow...

I´ve now already done but one Problem remains. I´m had finished calibration of the Vinyls in the Software. I´ve connected two record Players with line in and find out also that I have to Change the Input source in the Software. The Players are working with "normal" Vinyls and I´m also able to Switch them on but I cannot control mp3 files with the DVS Vinyls. Is there anything I have to Change on top? Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes, near the album art in the players is a button that let's you switch between regular vinyl and DVS operation. This is so you can mix and match playing regular vinyls and controlling MP3s without plugging things in and out.
