how can i update my Cross 3.3.10 to 3.3.11.
i can't fid this update anywhere.

dear RoJec,

i followed your supplied link to download the 3.3.11 update but theres no version for mac on that site, i eventually found a copy on the app store, but i had to pay again for it £22.99,


so far in one day, i had tp pay £7.99 to unlock video in Cross DJ free, then i upgraded to Cross DJ (not free) to get MIDI functionality i paid£22.99,

i had to pay again another £20 to get full video for that too!

i feel like i have been messed around quite a bit.

there could be a simpler way to upgrade through these stages without the mess of different apps an costs.

The link in my topic is to download Cross (full) as the user had registered.
As you registered Cross DJ, you will have to download(select in right column) from a different location.

As far as I know the video unlock works for both Cross Free as Cross DJ. Prices may vary due to the sales channel.

To keep the entry level low the features have been split. If you want a 'all in one' there always is Cross (full)....

hi Rojec, thanks again for your attention.

is there chance you could look at my serials and possibly help me resolve the multiple purchases i made to get this app running as needed.one was Cross DJ free video unlock, then i paid for Cross DJ, then i paid for Cross DJ full video. so I've lost track of how many times I've bought this app and its add ons. i basically needed a full video DJ app with MIDI support.

now its all good with that setup, i now have these preferences issues where the library.xml isn't being handled properly, and i can't find the preferences folder to erase them and retry.

there is a difference in downloads/versions ,, Cross ,is different from Cross DJ ,, the software badging is white and the Cross version is black ,, look to the right on my postings ,,Cross is the one below my handsome face ,,Cross DJ below that ,,

yeah i got the 3.3.11 last nite from the app store, so yeah because i couldn't find the link on the forum, pay no worries.

anyway i got it installed and it has fixed the issue with the iTunes library.xml for now.

but i still have no luck resolving my full video - the video settings pane has the 'restore' link but it doesn't do anything, i try the 'buy' link which very slowly works, but it hasn't enabled the full video still!

i'll try a restart

looks like a restart helped , the link finally worked, i now have 3.3.11 with full video - unless i bought video again! time to wait for my bill !
