first read this topic ,, too have info as to who to contact ,, second dont post any registration info in a open forum ,,
third ,,if purched on line did you get a confirmation email with a licence key or activation code ,,if so then this info will get you a possibility of getting the licence key restored and
by putting said licence key in the forum/control panel/profile/serial # ,, then its safely stored in cases like this ,, ,,hope this helps and enjoy the software
